ANNOUNCEMENT – IN-PERSON “IN-STUDIO” CLASSES

You can now book online for “in-studio classes”. There will be a limit of 5 people in each class so you MUST BOOK online or if you decide to call/text/email it must be done one day prior to class to attend in person.  If you show up and there are 5 people already booked for in-studio, you WILL BE TURNED AWAY! Masks must be worn (there will be paper masks available for free and the face shields are available for sale $7 each or 2 for $10). Temperatures will be taken upon entry and new release forms and COVID questionnaires must be completed. The COVID questionnaire can be completed if you book online and will be required before EVERY class. 

Note: If you do not wish to have your temperature taken with a no-touch infrared thermometer, please bring your own digital thermometer. Proof of termperature must be given before class.

Breakfast – Still the Most Important Meal of the Day?
 

Intermittent fasting can be helpful when it comes to weight loss, but for those of us who like to have breakfast, it can be the most important meal of the day.  It will jump-start your metabolism and a healthy breakfast is a great way to start.  I AM A BREAKFAST EATER!  If I don’t have anything in the morning, I find myself with a headache halfway through the day. Then, I am ravenous by lunchtime.  If it is a busy day, I end up with a not very healthy lunch where I am absolutely overeating.  When I eat a healthy, filling breakfast, I find that I make better choices for lunch and dinner. SUNDAY MORNING WALKS

Join us on Sunday mornings at 7:30 AM as we start our week with exercise.  Walk at your own pace and get some exercise!
Walks will take place in a local park (currently Arthur J. Hendrickson Park in Valley Stream)
