JUMP INTO SPRING FITNESS WITH THE NEXT 30 DAY CHALLENGE
The next challenge will start on March 12th, but this challenge will be a little bit different. You will have access to an app and a separate website to connect with the challenge. You will once again be given access to a suggested meal plan and exercise. We will be doing weekly weigh-ins as well. The app is designed to help keep you accountable. So, here is how it works:
- I am only allowing 10 people into the challenge (first come, first serve)
- The deadline to register for the challenge is Tuesday, March 10th
- You must use one of the following to participate in the challenge (if you want to join the challenge and your app or device is not listed, please talk to me before joining).
- Fitbit (watch or app)
- Apple Watch or Apple Health app
- Google Fit App
- Nokia Withings HealthMate App or wearable
- You will have to download the FREE Nudge for Clients App from your app store.
- You must be a Nicole Hicks Fitness student to participate (new students welcome).
The app will connect with your device/app and track:
- Steps
- Activities
- Calories
- Weight
- Water Intake
- Sleep
The only thing that will be public is your steps for the step challenge. All other information will be between you and me so that I can help guide you along the way. This is what the app looks like on your phone:

GROUP TAB SHOWS THE STEPS LEADERBOARD (VISIBLE TO THE GROUP)  The group tab will also allow you to message the group with motivation, questions, etc. You can also message me. I will be posting to the group as well with recipes and additional exercises and information.
Every week there will be a special gift for the person who has made the most effort in all areas of the challenge:
- Met or exceeded their personal step goal
- Stayed within the suggested calorie count
- Water intake was met or exceeded
- Suggested activity hours was met or exceeded
If you need to weigh-in, please try and arrive a little early to do your weigh-in before class. I will be ending class ON TIME (so that means we will be starting ON TIME) so I can do the after class weigh-ins as necessary. The winner of each week will be announced in the weekly email.
Disclaimer: I do not guarantee any weight loss during this challenge. You are responsible for following the fitness and nutrition portions of the challenge. Participants have lost between 2 and 9 pounds during the challenge.
If you register for the challenge but do not make it in for the initial weigh-in scheduled dates/times you will be removed from the challenge. If you miss more than two consecutive weigh-ins, you will be removed from the challenge.
We are in this together and the challenge does just that – brings us together to support each other for a common goal of a healthy lifestyle. It is FREE to join the challenge so you have nothing to lose and a healthy lifestyle to gain! Registration for the challenge IS OPEN!
