ANNOUNCEMENT
 INTRODUCING PRO MEMBERSHIP 

Starting January 2021 Nicole Hicks Fitness Pro Membership will be available.  The introductory fee will be $45 per month (only available through the end of January). All current class pass holders can transfer to pro membership and will be credited based on the current class passes in their account.

So, what do you get with Pro Membership?

1. Unlimited In-Studio or Live Online classes per month (See above class schedule)
2. 2 FREE Boot Camp Classes per month (See above class schedule)
3. FREE 30 Minute Saturday Morning Dance & Sculpt Blast (Immediately after Zumba class)
4. FREE Unlimited access to On-Demand classes (On-Demand classes will be introduced in January 2021)
5. All challenges – FREE (There will be 4 main challenges per year – 2 Free/2 Paid)
6. Access to the Nutrition App to create your own nutrition plan and track your food

  • Having a rough time getting to classes – NO PROBLEM – pause your monthly membership for 1-6 months and you won’t be charged until you resume your membership.
  • Want to cancel your membership – NO PROBLEM – cancel your membership at any time and you will be given a pro-rated class pass in your account with 12 months to use the classes. 

Don’t Worry: if you still want to use class passes, they are available. On-Demand classes will also be available to purchase.

IN-PERSON “IN-STUDIO” CLASSES

You can now book online for “in-studio classes”. There will be a limit of 5 people in each class so you MUST BOOK online or if you decide to call/text/email it must be done one day prior to class to attend in person.  If you show up and there are 5 people already booked for in-studio, you WILL BE TURNED AWAY! Masks must be worn (there will be paper masks available for free and the face shields are available for sale $7 each or 2 for $10). Temperatures will be taken upon entry and new release forms and COVID questionnaires must be completed. The COVID questionnaire can be completed if you book online and will be required before EVERY class. 

Note: If you do not wish to have your temperature taken with a no-touch infrared thermometer, please bring your own digital thermometer. Proof of termperature must be given before class.

SUNDAY MORNING WALKS

Join us on Sunday mornings at 7:30 AM as we start our week with exercise.  Walk at your own pace and get some exercise!
Walks will take place in a local park (currently Arthur J. Hendrickson Park in Valley Stream)
