Welcome to the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge
The 12 Days of Fitness Challenge will run from Tuesday, December 10th – Saturday, December 21st. You will receive a fitness challenge for each day of the challenge (e.g. 50 squats, plank for 1 minute). Each person who confirms they have completed the challenge for the day by the end of the each day (via text or email) for all 12 days will receive 1 Free Class. I trust all those who confirm completion will be honest. You must confirm each day of the challenge (no exceptions to receive your free class). All who register will receive the schedule of challenges and instructions for confirmation.
